System Access & Initial Setup

Portal Access
Log in via browser at vet.anyvetmicrochip.com (No installation needed).
Veterinarian Setup (Crucial!)
Before registering any pet, you must add a veterinarian to the system to ensure valid certification.
Go to Admin menu (top right).
Select Veterinarian.
Click Add and fill in details.
Click Submit.
Registration Process
New Customer
Select menu "New Customers".

Fill in Pet and Owner details completely.Note: If the owner has no email, use the hospital's email instead. "Additional Contact" is optional.
Returning Customer
Select menu "Returning Customer".

Search for the existing owner's name.2
Add the new pet to the existing account immediately.
Pro Tip: International Travel
Need an English Certificate? Fill in all fields in English. The system will automatically generate the form in English for international travel.
Record Management
View / EditGo to History > Select View Detail > Click Edit to modify pet or owner data.
DeleteAdmin OnlyAdmin Only: Go to View Detail > Click Delete > Confirm.
