Veterinarian

• Review waiting patients and active records
• Enter the OPD workspace
• Write SOAP notes and clinical plans
• Follow the workflow into lab, imaging, pharmacy, or billing

Receptionist / Staff

• Register customers and patients
• Create appointments and update statuses
• Manage the live queue
• Handle POS and receipt workflows

Hospital Admin

• Manage users and access
• Configure branches, facilities, and templates
• Review audit logs and operations reports

• Use actual route names and UI labels wherever possible.
• Separate role-specific differences when the same screen behaves differently by permission.
• Mark high-impact actions such as finalize, cancel, send to POS, or payment with warnings.
